- Mobile phones may not be user friendly and have limited access to the application process.
- Student address must match the address held by the school
- During an update where a change of address occurs, the process will ask for the previous address, this must match the records already held in the system.
- Where students use more than 1 bus service to get to school, each individual bus operator needs to be added in the Transport Operator section at the end of the application process.
- When selecting the Bus Operator/s, need to select from the drop-down list provided. If the bus service doesn't appear you can start typing the name but still need to click on the full bus name that appears below. Can ‘Add’ more than one operator where required ie. High School travel - 2 operators required - Busways and either Toms Creek (Long Flat Bus Service) or Kindee (Lloyd Bus Transport/Kindee Bus Service).
- Parent/carer will be given a tracking number at the end of the application process (also notified via email). A copy of the email is to be carried as proof of eligibility for free travel until the bus pass is received, otherwise payment may be requested.
- The online application is verified by the school. Bus operators are only notified after the application has been approved.
